There is a strong connection between the oral health with other physiologic processes of the human body. A number of disorders like that of diabetes, Stroke, Alzheimer's, Pneumonia, Cancer, can be easily prevented by diagnosing the early signs & symptoms presented in the oral cavity.

And in an endeavor to hand-hold the war veterans & to cultivate a sense of cognizance & self realization to take good care of the oral cavity, the Health Domain of Deusa Foundation launched its first Oral Screening Camp on 11 June, 2023 at the 42 Wing Indian Air Force, stationed at Mohanbari, Dibrugarh.

This on-ground activity was conducted by the Dental student volunteers & intern doctors, under the guidance of the Department of Public Health Dentistry, Government Dental College, AMCH.
A number of forty Air Force soldiers were benefited from this screening camp.

We also demonstrated the correct brushing technique and other prophylactic measures along with the distribution of fluoridated toothpastes, mouthwashes, vitamin supplements etc. amongst the war veterans & their family.
